Our food safety and quality standards are focused on every process and operation at our production facility. We ensure the implementation of these standards throughout our processes. In particular, French Bakery’s production facilities meet the regulatory guidelines set by the Dubai Municipality.

We are food safety and quality compliant production unit, and our certifications include ISO: 22000:2018 and HACCP-Food Safety Management Systems. We are regularly audited by the third-party certification authorities, which promises our compliance with the food quality and safety standards. Our facilities were awarded with NSF Gold category for food safety and quality compliance. At French Bakery, we have hired most professional and trained staff. Our expert team members are also provided with regular training and workshops, so they can keep themselves updated about the quality standards and the latest bakery techniques.
