At French Bakery, we understand that our food items are delicate and need to be properly stored and preserved. That’s because we follow the highest hygiene standards since most our clients are big hotel chains, airline services, and well known coffee chains.

In addition to hygiene, proper storage also influences the texture and flavor of the food items. For this reason, we have procured a top-notch storage facilities with advanced equipment’s that facilitates our storage requirements in order to deliver the desired results.

To begin with, we have acquired industrial-scale deep freezers and refrigerators to store ingredients, such as dairy products, flour, eggs, whipped cream, fillings, and icings, to ensure they retain the flavor. Moreover, we use highly perishable products that need refrigeration, which is why we make it a point to refrigerate them. As far as our freezers, we set them to -18-degrees Celsius to ensure the frozen food products are properly stored. Our in house quality team also checks the chillers and freezers regularly to make sure everything is operating up to standards.

When it comes down to our chilled and frozen storage, we keep the baked products and raw products in separate freezers and coolers to ensure they don’t absorb flavors. In addition to this, we ensure that raw products aren’t stacked on the bakery items, so there is no cross contamination.

We have state-of-art ovens, blast chillers, blast freezers, chillers and freezers to ensure optimum quality in food preparation and storage. All our food handlers wears protective gears at all times to ensure that the food is protected from external contaminants.
